● The VRG experience highlights efficiency in processing real estate transactions. It’s a different way of managing a process that in retrospect could be described as as tad cumbersome. ● Moving to VRG was the best decision I’ve ever made. This is a fabulous organization. I work from my home because I don’t need an office outside of my home. Their online transaction system is logical and easy to use for all transactions. The tools offered on the VRG website offer training and support in so many areas. ● Joining The Virtual Realty Group of Hawaii was the best business decision I have made. As a broker, I require very little supervision and I felt paying high commissions to another brokerage firm just to review and sign my contracts was a waste of money. My main concerns were to have a broker to sign my contracts in a speedy manner, have an easy virtual file system and pay me without any delays. Since signing on with VRG, I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly the principal broker responds to my texts, emails or phone calls. Whenever I have had a contract which needed immediate review, the principal broker was on it and had it returned to me in minutes. First, I wanted as much control of my business as possible. This decision was based on losing listing opportunities because I was not able to make accommodations for some sellers that I was willing to make, but my broker was not.
